Defective Products

Refund are accepted If the items arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days from the delivered date, it must be unused, undamaged and in original package. Please also kindly provide us the items pictures.

Wrong Size or Color

We will do exchanges if your items do not fit or wrong color, but you will have to pay 2 rounds of shipping fee, return to us and to ship the item back to you.

It is advised for customer to pay attention to size chart and color options before placing the order.

Change or Cancel the order

If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order such as shipping address and items ordered, please email nomnomnomfat96@gmail.com within 2 hours of making your purchase. The subject line of this email must read 'CHANGE OF ORDER' or 'CANCEL ORDER' for the request to be processed.

Please make sure you have read our Refunds Policy before proceeding.

If your address is incorrect and the package gets shipped back to us, we will not refund your order. We can ship back to the correct address, but you will need to pay again for shipping.
